Anapana Meditation to Enhance tolerance.
Hello Dear Readers,
For those of you who are interested and worried about increasing and enhancing their levels of tolerance in order to live a peaceful life , I am here with an offer and that is quite feasible and absolutely free of cost.
And that is to just find yourself a quiet place to sit for 10 minutes. Follow these steps:
1.Sit back ,relax
2. Sit comfortably,keeping your spine ,waist and neck straight. You may support your back in order to sit straight for a long period.
3. Now, close your eyes, focus on your nostrils.
4. Watch the breadth going in and moving out of the nostrils closely. Do not put any efforts to change the pattern of naturally flowing breadth.
5. Only keep watching the breadth ,try not to miss even a single breadth.If the mind wavers do not panic ,slowly bring it back to the breadth.Let the thoughts come and leave on their own. You will be naturally reminded to bring your attention back to the breadth.
6.Slowly ,with practice your concentration will improve with increased focus on passing of breadth.
When you start practicing this daily you will be surprised to find that you have grown tremendously tolerant .People will automatically start getting attracted to you . They will find peace and joy staying around you.You will have more friends than ever . And that is what we want from life right?? We want to be loved by all.That is how humans are . Compassion is a necessity.
