My experience of replacing usual sugar with rock sugar (dhaga misri)
Dear Readers,
This post is specially to make you aware of the bad effects of sugar that we are consuming on a daily basis in our everyday tea,coffee,snacks,cakes,desserts etc .
I switched to rock sugar also known as dhaga misri in northern parts of India. This form of sweetness is produced in a way that it remains far off from the ill effects of usual sugar. Please look for how to make Rock candy and you shall get an idea of what I am talking about here.
Now,let me talk about the changes I noticed in my health after leaving sugar. The most important part of our body is the digestive system.If the food we are eating is contaminated the digestive tract would intake the chemicals and after the digestion process is complete all your blood stream gets is chemicals as unwanted substances.What else do you expect.Input is directly proportional to output in terms of effects.
You take chemicals you get chemicals .So the first benefit of switching off from sugar is that your body gets lesser chemicals, cooler stomach and healthier body in turn. And that is what I got too .This also improves the immunity which is required more than anything else these days.
Give away Mantra for good health: 1.Keep your stomach cool( eat cool foods ,by cool foods I mean that keep your stomach cool,most important rock sugar (dhaga misri).
2. Your head cool,use coconut oil,original one.
3. Your feet warm( consider massaging your feet with warm pure mustard oil.)
